We the undersigned hereby certify that I/We am/are the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the camper.

Consent for medical treatment:

We hereby give permission for the staff of the Atlético de Madrid Soccer Camp to seek appropriate medical attention for the camper and for the medical attention to be given and for the camper to receive medical attention in the event of accident, injury or illness. I/We will be responsible for any and all costs of medical attention and treatment, except for that covered by the camp’s excess medical coverage policy.

Athletics Release:

We hereby acknowledge that our child is physically fit and mentally capable of participating in soccer camp activities. I/we hereby acknowledge that playing or practicing soccer is a potentially hazardous activity. I/we agree that I/we am/are voluntarily entering and assuming all risks associated with participating in those activities, including but not limited to falls, contacts with other participants, the effects of weather including heat and or humidity, and the conditions of the training grounds and facilities, all risks being understood and appreciated by you. I/We, the undersigned for ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Atletico Madrid and its associates staff, officers, agents, employees, representatives and successors and assign of and from all rights and claims for damages, injury or loss to person or property which may be sustained or occur during participation in Camp activities or while at camp, whether or not damages, injury or loss is due to negligence. I also hereby acknowledge that no refunds will be given due to any type of injury occurring during the camp.

Use material for promotional purposes:

I/We hereby give permission to Atletico Madrid and its associates to use pictures and videos of the campers to promote future events organized by the company.

Weather Policy:

In the event of inclement weather once camp begins, all campers will be asked to leave the field to the designated shelter area.  If camp is cancelled once started, you will be asked to return to the field and pick up your player.  We do not have indoor facilities to house players for the rest of the day.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Policy
While camp fees are generally non-refundable, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, refunds will be processed according to the following schedule based on the number of days prior to the start of the camp:

More than 90 days before the camp start date: 75% refund (25% of the total amount will be retained).
Between 60 and 89 days before the camp start date: 50% refund (50% retained).
Between 30 and 59 days before the camp start date: 25% refund (75% retained).
15 days or less before the camp start date: No refunds will be issued.

Alternatively, the total or remaining amount of your registration can be credited for use in a future camp or transferred to another player (valid for 12 months from the original camp date), subject to availability.

Camps are subject to change or cancellation without notice at any time for any reason, including insufficient registration numbers. If a camp is cancelled by our staff, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation, or participants may choose to transfer to another available camp.

If the Camp is cancelled, our liability is limited to a full refund of the camp price, and we will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, travel, or other expense in such circumstances.
No refunds will be provided if a program already in progress must be interrupted or cancelled due to causes beyond our control.

If the location or schedule of the camp changes with less than 10 days’ notice, participants may request a refund.
If the camp location changes, this will typically be due to external causes beyond the control of the organization. The new location shall not be more than 20 miles from the original venue.

Force Majeure and Acts of God

In the event that Atletico Madrid and its associates are unable to perform their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their control — including but not limited to terrorism, pandemic, war, labor strikes, or adverse weather conditions — Atletico Madrid and its associates shall not be liable to provide any refund for services not delivered due to such circumstances.

Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to register@atleticodemadridcamps.us Refunds will be processed according to the schedule stated above, based on the date the written request is received.
