Referral program

Participants enrolled in any Atlético de Madrid Summer Soccer Camp may be invited to participate in the Referral Program.

By participating in the program, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

Each registered player will receive a unique referral code via email after completing their camp registration. This code may be shared with friends, family members, or acquaintances who have not yet registered for the camp.

Referrals may be applied to **any Atlético de Madrid Summer Soccer Camp listed on this website**, regardless of the camp in which the referring participant is registered.

A referral will be considered valid only when a **new participant completes and pays for a camp registration using the referral code during the registration process**.

To be counted toward referral rewards, referred participants must be **fully registered and paid no later than 48 hours before the start of the camp, or earlier if the camp sells out, whichever comes first**.

A referral will not be considered eligible if the referred participant cancels their registration or does not attend the camp.

2. Benefit for Referred Participants

Participants who register using a valid referral code will receive **$50 off the camp registration price**.

The discount applies **only to the base camp fee** and cannot be applied to:

– Administrative fees
– Optional services such as early drop-off or late pick-up
– Meal plans
– Any additional products or services purchased during registration

The referral discount **cannot be combined with any other promotional codes or discounts**.

The referral code must be entered **during registration in the checkout field designated for coupon or discount codes**. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

3. Referral Rewards

Participants may earn rewards based on the number of **eligible referrals** generated using their unique referral code.

– **2 eligible referrals:** the participant will receive an **Atlético cap**.
– **5 eligible referrals:** the participant will receive a **water bottle, string bag, and magnet**.
– **10 eligible referrals:** the participant will receive a refund equivalent to the **base price of the camp registration**.

Rewards are cumulative. Participants who reach a higher referral threshold will also receive the rewards from the lower thresholds.

Physical rewards are **delivered only at the camp** and will not be shipped. If the participant does not attend the camp, the reward will be forfeited.

4. Refund Conditions

The refund granted after reaching **10 eligible referrals** applies **only to the base camp fee**.

The refund **does not include**:

– Administrative fees
– Optional services such as early drop-off or late pick-up
– Any additional products or services purchased during registration

All referred participants counted toward the refund must meet the eligibility requirements set out in these terms.

Refunds will be processed **within 30 days after the end of the camp**, once our team has reviewed eligibility in accordance with the referral program terms.

5. Referral Limitations

Referral rewards cannot exceed the total amount paid for the camp registration.

If a participant has already received a partial refund **for any reason contemplated in the refund policy**, the referral refund will **not result in additional payments beyond the remaining amount paid**.

For example, if a participant previously received a **75% refund** of the camp fee under the refund policy, no additional refund will be issued through the referral program.

Physical rewards **have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or other benefits**.

6. Referral Rules

Self-referrals are not permitted.

Only **one referral code may be used per registration**. Multiple referral codes cannot be combined for a single camp registration.

Only referrals **completed using the referral code during the registration process** will be counted.

If multiple participants claim the same referral, the referral will be attributed to **the code used during the registration process**.

7. Verification

The organizers reserve the right to verify the validity of all referrals and determine eligibility for rewards.

Referrals may be rejected if they are determined to be fraudulent, duplicated, canceled, unpaid, submitted after the applicable deadline, or otherwise in violation of these terms.

8. Program Duration

The referral program is valid **only for the 2026 Atlético de Madrid Summer Soccer Camps season** and applies exclusively to camps listed on this website for that season.

9. Program Changes

The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
