Terms & Conditions
We the undersigned hereby certify that I/We am/are the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the camper.
Consent for medical treatment:
We hereby give permission for the staff of the Atlético de Madrid Soccer Camp to seek appropriate medical attention for the camper and for the medical attention to be given and for the camper to receive medical attention in the event of accident, injury or illness. I/We will be responsible for any and all costs of medical attention and treatment, except for that covered by the camp’s excess medical coverage policy.
Athletics Release:
We hereby acknowledge that our child is physically fit and mentally capable of participating in soccer camp activities. I/we hereby acknowledge that playing or practicing soccer is a potentially hazardous activity. I/we agree that I/we am/are voluntarily entering and assuming all risks associated with participating in those activities, including but not limited to falls, contacts with other participants, the effects of weather including heat and or humidity, and the conditions of the training grounds and facilities, all risks being understood and appreciated by you. I/We, the undersigned for ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Atletico Madrid and its associates staff, officers, agents, employees, representatives and successors and assign of and from all rights and claims for damages, injury or loss to person or property which may be sustained or occur during participation in Camp activities or while at camp, whether or not damages, injury or loss is due to negligence. I also hereby acknowledge that no refunds will be given due to any type of injury occurring during the camp.
Photography, Video & Promotional Media Consent
By providing my consent, I, as the parent or legal guardian of the participating camper, hereby authorize Atlético de Madrid, ATM Premier camps, and their affiliated entities, partners, and authorized representatives to photograph, film, and record my child during Atlético de Madrid Soccer Camps and related activities.
I grant permission for such photographs, videos, and audiovisual recordings to be used, reproduced, published, distributed, and displayed for legitimate marketing, advertising, promotional, and communication purposes, including, but not limited to, websites, social media platforms, digital advertising, printed materials, brochures, promotional videos, and campaigns promoting current or future soccer camps, clinics, and related programs.
This authorization applies to promotional activities conducted in the United States and internationally and is granted without financial compensation.
All images and recordings will be used in a professional and respectful manner, consistent with the purpose of promoting Atlético de Madrid Soccer Camps and related youth soccer activities.
I understand that I may withdraw my consent for future promotional use by contacting the camp organizer in writing. Such withdrawal will not affect materials lawfully published or distributed prior to the withdrawal, although reasonable efforts will be made to remove content from channels under the organizer’s direct control where applicable.
Weather Policy:
In the event of inclement weather once camp begins, all campers will be asked to leave the field to the designated shelter area. If camp is cancelled once started, you will be asked to return to the field and pick up your player. We do not have indoor facilities to house players for the rest of the day.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
While camp fees are generally non-refundable, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, refunds will be processed according to the following schedule based on the number of days prior to the start of the camp:
Refunds Before the Start of the Camp
More than 90 days before the Camp start date
- A refund of 75% of the amount paid will be issued.
- The remaining 25% is non-refundable.
Between 89 and 31 days before the Camp start date
- A refund of 50% of the amount paid will be issued.
- The remaining 50% is non-refundable.
30 days or less before the Camp start date
- No refund will be issued.
- Partial refunds do not apply.
General Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds apply only if the Camp has not yet started.
- Refund percentages are calculated based on the total amount paid.
- Refund percentages are non-negotiable and strictly applied according to the timeframe outlined above.
Camps are subject to change or cancellation without notice at any time for any reason, including insufficient registration numbers. If a camp is cancelled by our staff, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation, or participants may choose to transfer to another available camp.
If the Camp is cancelled, our liability is limited to a full refund of the camp price, and we will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, travel, or other expense in such circumstances.
No refunds will be provided if a program already in progress must be interrupted or cancelled due to causes beyond our control.
If the camp location changes, this will typically be due to external causes beyond the control of the organization. The new location shall not be more than 25 miles from the original venue.
Force Majeure and Acts of God
In the event that Atletico Madrid and its associates are unable to perform their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their control — including but not limited to terrorism, pandemic, war, labor strikes, or adverse weather conditions — Atletico Madrid and its associates shall not be liable to provide any refund for services not delivered due to such circumstances.
Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to register@atleticodemadridcamps.us Refunds will be processed according to the schedule stated above, based on the date the written request is received.
